Processing and Shipping
Please allow for 7-10 business days to process your order. I offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50 shipping to the continental U.S., allow for 3-5 business days for delivery.

Refunds/Returns
Refund policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. However, if something were to happen to your piece during transport or within 15 days of your purchase, damaged earring returns will be accepted and I will gladly remake you a new pair of the same style and send them out ASAP. For further investigation and quality control purposes, we do ask that you send back the damaged earrings with a return label that is provided to you. Please contact condorclay@gmail.com for order inquiries.

Missing/Stolen/Lost Packages
Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. I am not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package.
